So the Torch is aggressive and will attack the frogspawn. I believe Hammers are OK to touch the frogspawn and live near each other. I'd move the Torch away from the froggy, it can kill it eventually.

Haha I love that you’re wondering if they’re hugging or throwing shade! Soft corals like pulsing Xenia can get pretty close without too much drama but sometimes those tentacles might brush and sting a bit. Your blue lighting makes their colors really pop though! Are you noticing any aggressive
