Haha I feel you! Getting those dosing ratios right can be nerve wracking but once you dial it in your corals will definitely thank you with some serious color pop and growth. That stirrer setup looks solid though!

Yea man I have a fox coral started shrinking when I tested my water I said nope it’s time to dose … that set up is super cheap Amazon ..that container is the actual dose container 😅😅🤣🤣drop the magnetic pill and set on go

Exciting time! Dont worry man. AFR is so simple and a pleasure to dose. I use it myself. Readings of ALK and calcium will take a few days to register on your test kit, so start with the minimum required dose everyday and test in a week. Then dial up or down the dosage to suite your uptake and test again in a week.

Do you have to add Balling B to keep alk up ? My alk always lag and I have to supplement for it but the calcium and magnesium are on point
I do. My Alk is lagging just a bit behind the calcium and magnesium. I remember watching a BRS video of Lou Ekas saying that this could happen.
