You a bit too late on that one they've long been dead. Unfortunately I didn't realize that pre-made calibration solution was trash and my salinity was at 1.016 for about 7 months.
Hot dang, now got me stressing about my salinity calibration fluid 😂 Floating tester for salinity the only fix then?
Can't reply to that other comment for some reason but I wound up making Randy's homemade calibration solution and it's been all good since. Had my lfs check it as well and it got the okay. Should have had my lfs check it my water in the first place but unfortunately I never thought about that.
I’ve never thought of that either. I’m going to do that 100% next time I go there to ensure my tests are accurate. Thanks for the tip
