Are these nems looking good or are they stressed? I’m still so new at this. They split recently from one anemone and then wandered around the tank for a bit and lost a few arms by getting caught in some sharp rocks and sucked into one of the filter holes. 🤦🏼♀️ I just want to make sure they’re ok… 😮💨 Also, how is the mushroom doing? (Last pic.)

They look ok. Keep an eye on them. I'm not sure how long your tank has been running, typically for Nems you want 6-12 months of tank age before adding. If you notice them getting super skinny arms reaching up, they may need more light. This may also be why they moved around so much, got hurt doing so, to find this spot to reach for light. That's all I can see wrong. They wouldn't be stretching for light if the parameters were off so I'd say give them some more light and you should be good to go. They are pretty!
