Does anyone know what these are?

I have a tonnn of these little white things on my glass. They are so tiny, I'm using a 10x magnifying glass and still hard to tell what they are. But they look to be crawling on the glass. I did put an eco pack of copepods in the tank maybe a month ago now but not sure if these are them as they aren't really twitching

They look like copepods, eco pods has different varieties so they have different habits and shape. If they are planaria, they would be sliding and not crawling. Planaria that small are common, they just eat algae i think, or maybe pods. idk.
