Could be or somebody took a bite at it and now it’s propagating that piece for survival

I did recently have to move my tank around due to getting new carpet installed and when doing so I accidentally broke the rock right under where it was attached, only like half of the toadstool stalk was grabbing on to the rock

Yeah, it looks like something tore into it. You can cut that piece and frag it. Then you got two! 💕
