Just moved my rock around to get a Damsel out of my tank. Noticed this. Is it bad? Anyone know what it is?

Yep as MaxB said. Nothing to worry about, you will get more in low light low flow.

Looks like a long spiroid tube worm. Harmless filter feeders that usually go to low flow areas
