Week 7-10 was more learning. First time drip acclimating a fish! Understanding consumption, local LFS mixed feedback and getting rid of diatoms. Hermits are not friends- one is enough. More than one is a bad idea! Shrimp are not to be feared if you acclimate properly and when you add pods make sure skimmers and wavemakers are off! 10 weeks in, 1 fish and a few corals. Definitely learning a lot!

Hermits are definitely your friends. There's probably 40+ in my 30. Crucial part of a clean up crew!

They just attack everything though 😭😩

Lol they like to flip frags that aren't glued down but they won't harm your corals, just aggravate them when they're picking around

Looking really good for 10 weeks in! That soft coral on the right looks happy, and yeah I learned the hermit thing kinda fast too lol. Are you planning to stick with mostly softies for now?

Looks like a really solid start for 10 weeks in. That green soft coral looks happy and the rock arch gives you a lot of nice placement options as everything grows out!
