What is this white film?? It was sitting on top of the water. This tank has been cycling for 2 weeks now. Protein skimmer and lights have been off. I used the Only and Only a week ago.

Hey! That white webby stuff looks like cyano algae to me. It’s pretty common during cycling, especially if the tank’s lighting and flow aren’t quite dialed in yet. Since your skimmer and lights have been off, and you only dosed the Only and Only a week ago, it could be a little bacterial bloom or cyano taking advantage of the conditions. Once you turn your skimmer on and get consistent lighting and flow going, that stuff usually clears up. Also, make sure you’re not overfeeding if you’ve added any fish or pods yet. Keep an eye on your parameters like ammonia and nitrites too. It’s
These are my parameters as of last night. I want to add pods and a goby hopefully today. The other day my readings for Nitrite and Nitrate were up but now they're almost zero?
Do you have water movement at the surface of your water? Or does it look still? Sometimes this biofilm will get created at the surface of your water if not enough movement
Good note, I moved the water valves closer to the surface yesterday but before there was no surface movement. I haven't gotten a wave maker yet
That should help. And then certainly get a wave maker if you plan on housing coral. Flow is extremely important to keep corals happy. Looks like you’re off to a great start!

Looks like some surface biofilm or maybe leftover organics from the Only and Only. Totally normal in a cycling nano, especially with the skimmer off. Just gently skim the surface or do a small water change and it should clear up!
