Literalmente novo! Esse é meu aquário de 75G de água salgada! Tô tentando aprender conforme vou.
Entrei nisso com 0 conhecimento pra fazer um dos meus kiddos feliz e eu me apaixonei.
Como vocês podem ver eu ainda não tenho a melhor estrutura ou equipamentos, mas tô juntando pra pegar isso logo e fazer upgrade pra um aquário maior e colocar corais eventualmente. Já fazem uns 5 meses e tudo ficou estável com umas trocas de água aqui e ali pra manter tudo bem.
Qualquer feedback ou dica é bem-vindo!
(Sei sobre estrela-do-mar, mas minha esposa conseguiu pra eles e a gente tenta realocar e meus filhos choram demais)
Literally new! This is my 75G Saltwater tank! Trying to learn as I go.
Jump into it with 0 knowledge to make happy one of my kiddos and I have fallen in love with it.
As you can see I don’t have the best set up or equipment but saving to get it soon and to upgrade to a bigger tank and add corals eventually. About 5 months in, everything have been stable with couple water changes here and there to keep up the good health.
Any feedback or advance is welcome!
(I know about starfish but my wife got them for the kiddos and we try to relocate them and my kids cry so much)

Boa! A melhor dica que eu recebi em água salgada foi “devagar e sempre”. Não precisa agir rápido demais e colocar coisa demais. Dá tempo pra você aprender a manter os parâmetros estáveis. Você pretende adicionar coral?
Off to a good start. The best advice I got in saltwater is 'slow and steady'. No need to act too fast and add too much. Give your self time to learn how to keep stable parameters. Do you plan on adding coral?

Thank you!! Yes, I do want to add corals but I don’t think I’m ready for that yet, I was thinking on getting an small tank just for corals to make it easier to learn. What do you suggest?

Provavelmente é uma boa ideia. Você já tá com as mãos cheias com alguns peixes que vão crescer bem.
That’s probably a good idea. You do have your hands full with some fish that will grow pretty large.

Seu aquário tá incrível só com cinco meses! Adoro ver os palhaços e o Foxface Rabbitfish ficando junto. Devagar e sempre realmente é o caminho e é muito legal que vocês estão envolvendo a família toda. Só vai ficando mais viciante daqui pra frente!
Your tank looks awesome for only five months in! Love seeing the clowns and that Foxface Rabbitfish hanging out together. Slow and steady really is the way to go and it's so cool you're getting the whole family involved. It just gets more addicting from here!
Muito obrigado!!! Eu sei!! A gente tá conversando pra pegar um aquário de 125-180G com sump. Não agora, do jeito certo mas eventualmente, porque a gente sabe que o tang vai precisar de mais espaço e meu objetivo é conseguir mais um tang. E outros peixinhos.
Thank you so much!!! I know!! We’re talking now to get a 125-180G tank with sump. Not right the way but eventually because we know the tang would need more space and my goal is to get another tang. And other fishies.

Minha esposa comprou esse e ela me falou que era um Mano Angel. Hahaha não tenho 100% de certeza dos nomes, tô começando a ficar mais familiarizado.
My wife buy this one and she told me it was a Mano Angel. Hahaha I’m not 100% sure on names I’m starting to get familiar with.

Cool! I’ve gotta do some research… I’ve just been doing nanos and picos so far but setting up my first larger tank soon. My son would absolutely flip over the big eyes 😂
Hahaha, meu filho é fã demais da loja de peixes agora. A gente cometeu umas duas cagadas algumas semanas atrás. Tínhamos um filhote de Atlantic Blue Tang que ele chamou e adorou, e também uma Atlantic Sting-Ray e nossa loja falou que tava tudo certo, mas eu acho que o nosso setup não tava pronto pra arraia, então ela morreu uns dias depois e a gente falou pra ele que ela tava no “hospital” e que talvez fosse pro oceano com os pais dele, e o Atlantic Blue Tang era pequeno demais… Aí a gente tinha uma Granma fish e ela atacou ele e matou ele, e ele viu e ficou chorando por horas, a gente teve que fazer um funeral pra ele e tudo. Então agora a gente tá bem mais cuidadoso com o que compra e tentando fazer mais coisas e pesquisar bastante antes de colocar ele pra se apaixonar por um peixe kkk
Hahaha, my son is huge fan of the fish store now. We did make couple mistakes couple of weeks ago. We had a Atlantic Blue Tang baby that he called in loved with and a Atlantic Sting-Ray and our fish store told us we should be good but I think our set up was not ready for the stingray so she day couple days ago but we told him she is in the hospital and that she might go to the ocean with his parents and the Atlantic Blue Tang was too little and we have a Granma fish and she attacked him and kill him and he saw this and he cried for hours and we had to do a funeral for him and everything. So we’re now more careful with what we get and trying to else and research a lot before we get him fall in love with a fish lol

Mano, eu entendo. 💀 manter peixes quando você tem pequenos dá um trabalho danado. Eu coloquei um wrasse seis listras pra ajudar um pouco com um problema de flatworm e ele não aguentou nem a primeira noite na quarentena (ficou feio já na hora que chegou, do jeito que parecia). Meu filho de 6 anos ficou DESTRUÍDO. 💀
Man do I feel that. 💀 keeping fish when you have littles can be ROUGH. I got a little six lined wrasse to help with a bit of a flatworm problem and he didn’t make it through the first night of quarantine (looked rough right out of the bag). My 6 year old was DEVASTATED. 💀

Um par de palhaços clarkii, royal gramma, flame hawkfish, blue neon goby, um trio de pj cardinals. O aquário do meu filho tem um par de true perculas, um tail spot blenny, royal gramma e blue neon goby. O aquário da minha filha tem um par de ocelaris e um lawnmower blenny.

Oh nice!! So you have 3 tanks total?? I’m starting another one small a 50G but were waiting on the cycling test we tested last week and it was good but I haven’t buy anything for it yet.

O aquário tá ficando bom. Eu recomendaria colocar mais rocha e tirar a decoração do navio. Às vezes ela pode soltar substâncias na água e água salgada é bem sensível. Você quer bastante rocha pra ter esconderijos e pra ajudar no crescimento das bactérias.
Tank looks good. I would recommend adding more rock and removing the ship decoration. Sometimes they can leak chemicals into the water and saltwater is very sensitive. You want plenty of rock for hiding spots and bacteria growth.
