Get some amphipods, they'll help eat the algae, whatever kind it is. Could also try lights out for a week or so. Can't tell if you have any corals in there.

No corals. I’m trying to get ready for a couple Corals. Then boom. Cyano everywhere

Looks like cyano. You can definelty save this. Use a syphon to suck it off the rocks it should come off easily. Weekly water changes. Some nassarius snails and tiger conches to help much up the sand bed. Having a wave maker a little lower in the tank to have more flow on the sandbed. Over a few months you can turn this around

Water changes, run heavy carbon and GFO. Are you using RO/DI for your top off?

Yes on rodi. I run activated carbon 24/7

Add some GFO, suck it out with a baster like Billy said. Heavy water changes. Check your RO cartridges. Silica getting through can cause cyano. Can also try a 3 day dark cycle. You can definitely bring this back in a few weeks with a little daily work, need to find the underlying cause though.

Definitely cyano… suck it out and change some water… what’s your nutrients at even though the test won’t tell the truth since most is locked up in the bacteria. If that doesn’t work hit it with chemiclean.

I’ve got it all sucked out. Tank looks good, but leaving the lights off till Thursday or so. Nutrients turned out good. Checked them today

I’m still not sure what caused it the issue I’m currently having. I don’t want to turn the lights back on and it come back swinging.
