Need some help.. my tank has been completely overrun by algae.. not sure what I need to do. My fish seem fine, but the tank looks atrocious. Any tips on what I need to do? I can’t tell if this is cyano or dino’s.. ordered a microscope to try and identify what this is to take the appropriate steps. Any tips?

Parece cyano. Definitivamente puedes salvar esto. Usa un sifón para succionarlo de las rocas debería salir fácilmente. Cambios de agua semanales. Algunos caracoles nassarius y conos tigre para ayudar con la arena. Tener un wavemaker un poco más bajo en el acuario para tener más flujo en la arena. En unos meses puedes darle la vuelta a esto
Looks like cyano. You can definelty save this. Use a syphon to suck it off the rocks it should come off easily. Weekly water changes. Some nassarius snails and tiger conches to help much up the sand bed. Having a wave maker a little lower in the tank to have more flow on the sandbed. Over a few months you can turn this around

Agrega algo de GFO, sácalo con un cuentagotas como dijo Billy. Cambios de agua fuertes. Revisa tus cartuchos RO. La sílice que pasa puede causar cyano. También puedes intentar un ciclo oscuro de 3 días. Definitivamente puedes recuperar esto en un par de semanas con un poco de trabajo diario, pero necesitas encontrar la causa subyacente.
Add some GFO, suck it out with a baster like Billy said. Heavy water changes. Check your RO cartridges. Silica getting through can cause cyano. Can also try a 3 day dark cycle. You can definitely bring this back in a few weeks with a little daily work, need to find the underlying cause though.

Definitivamente cyano... sácalo y cambia un poco de agua... ¿cómo están tus nutrientes aunque la prueba no diga la verdad porque la mayoría está atrapada en las bacterias. Si eso no funciona golpéalo con chemiclean.
Definitely cyano… suck it out and change some water… what’s your nutrients at even though the test won’t tell the truth since most is locked up in the bacteria. If that doesn’t work hit it with chemiclean.

Lo tengo todo succionado. El acuario se ve bien, pero dejando las luces apagadas hasta el jueves más o menos. Los nutrientes salieron bien. Los revisé hoy
I’ve got it all sucked out. Tank looks good, but leaving the lights off till Thursday or so. Nutrients turned out good. Checked them today

Get some amphipods, they'll help eat the algae, whatever kind it is. Could also try lights out for a week or so. Can't tell if you have any corals in there.
