Description
The Redspot Cardinalfish is a small nocturnal marine fish with a silvery to reddish body marked by distinct red spotting. It is commonly found hovering around caves, ledges, and reef crevices, and is appreciated in aquariums for its calm nature and interesting schooling or hovering behavior.

Behavior
Peaceful and somewhat shy, especially during the day. It tends to hover in sheltered areas and becomes more active in dim lighting or at night. Can be kept singly or in small compatible groups if given adequate space and hiding places.
