New to this group and after some advice. I've just got my first torch coral and not really sure how much flow is too much. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Too much flow for that guy. Over time it will cause tissue damage and he’ll bail out. I’d suggest moving him somewhere that is getting way less flow. It’s extensions should look like a gentle sway.
