Yes also looks like uronema. I successfully treated this on some anthias a little over 3 years ago. I believed a combination of Metroplex and Paraguard in a quarantine tank. Do not put those medicines in your tank with corals! Could also be a wound from running into a sharp rock. Id observe for a few days to see if it’s getting better or worse.

Yes you can search on YouTube how to treat it, I know a Chanel who teaches it but they speak in Portuguese if you want to see it search for reef show on YouTube and there are a lot of videos speaking about a lot of diseases.
