It all kinda depends on the tank the depth, and the look your wanting. If your wanting a general start up, turn the blues and violets to max and set the cool whites to your liking, if you want a sunrise to sunset then start off with just the blues then add the whites later. Adjust the intensity to your tank needs for par. But without anymore info it’s hard to tell what you are wanting from them
