Currently using redsea coral pro salt. Wanting to transition to a similar salt that doesn’t have a bunch of residue and can be stored better in my brute trash can for a few weeks. Any recommendations on salts?

I use Tropic Marin Pro Reef salt. It is the most expensive but absolutely the best and pure salt. I went to Red Sea’s salt which is $30-$40 cheaper but I did not like the residue. So I am back to Tropic Marin.

I was using AquaForest but it left a terrible residue and never fully dissolved. I started using Brightwell NeoMarine and it's been really good. Been using it since January and still no residue or brown ring.

Fritz Pro Blue Box (Saltwater Aquarium) Nyos. Both mix clear and have good Parameters and both have a good mix of Major and Minor elements.

Yo heard Tropic Marin is super clean no residue for sure! You tank size is kinda like mine so it probs works good for you too. How u liking your flow

It’s taken me a while to get my flow to a semi decent place. Probably could use another power head to help with the randomness but I have a AI Nero 3 and Orbit 4 with some high variability on the random setting.
