What test kits are you using? I’ve been using Red Sea for calc and mag but they’ve gotten really old and I’m looking for something a bit better.

I use Hannah for alkalinity, phosphate, and nitrate. Then salifert for calcium and magnesium.

Yeah me too! I test alk a ton with it. I was testing almost daily for a long time to dial in my all for reef, now I test alk every few days. I do wish the salifert magnesium went past 1500 as I run my mag at around 1500 so if I went over accidentally I wouldn’t know how much over I am.

Salifert is good but I do appreciate how Red Sea provides laminated instruction cards and consistent tools. Salifert sent paper instructions on a giant fold out. It is also nice to be able to reuse some vials and have them all match. Haven’t been able to justify the cost of Hanna yet.
