I have this blue tang, Dory, it has a spot on the dorsal fin. It doesn’t look like ich because they aren’t round or small. What could it be?

I sometimes also get some white spots on my blue eye toothbrush tang. But those are because sometimes it gets startled and flies along the rocks, which damages its skin. Usually those spots are gone within 2 days as well. If that also disappears within 2 days for you, I’d think your Dory is also scraping itself along the rocks sometimes😃

Ik heb soms ook wat witte vlekken op mijn blauw oog borstel tand. Maar die zijn van dat hij soms schrikt en langs de stenen vliegt die zijn huid beschadigen. Meestal zijn die vlekken met 2 dagen ook weg. Als dat bij jou ook verdwijnt met 2 dagen zou ik denken dat je Dory zich ook langs de stenen schraapt soms😃
