Looking for advice, sorry the quality is terrible. My clown developed these brown-ish/pink-ish spots around his dorsal fin, he is literally obsessed with his nem so is it possible they're just sting spots? Should I do something to treat them? If so what? Should I take the nem out or just leave everything alone?

Mine get the same spots right on their face from burying their face in the nem and zoas

I dont know if they're getting worse or just starting to darken, kind of like bruises, should I be concerned yet? 🤔
