NEW cycled tank! What to do next?

I have a 32g tank that has been cycled for roughly 2 weeks. I have 2 clownfish, 1 springer damsel and 1 green chromi. When should I be expecting the “ugly stage” and what is next for my tank? When should I add my CUC?

Tank perimeters w/ Salifert test kit:

Ammonia: 0

Nitrite: 0

Nitrate: 2

Id wait a good min before adding coral or anything od wait till you get Excellent corline algy groth and introduce it with a snail from establish tank and rub it on rock once you get the corline it's a sign you've keep it stable for a min

And came add coral id get a idea of what you want with your parameters and size most likely softies and lps

Just be carefull added coral in slowly and one peic3 at a time not to waste money over small mistakes id also ad copopods and befitual bactiria and dose small amounts of pyto plankton once you get copopods this eill help manage tank cleanliness and stability also mainly focus on clean up crews like snails hermit crabs some.cleaner shrimp till your algy is good to go managed amd all that then once coreline algy is prominent add a tuxedo urchins to manage this also a sand sifter like a conch will do wonders as well you always want to keep some food in your tank to keep a good balance of nitrates and phosphates for coral growth and make sure to do by weekly or weekly water chances

It can happen at any time; I had an ugly stage of dinos in the first month followed by a stage of hair algae a month after that As far as CUC, you can add them whenever, just make sure they have enough detritus/algae to feed on so they don’t starve. I started with 10 blue legged hermits and 5 astrea snails in my 30g and now have around 15 hermits and 10 snails. But I feed heavy I don’t think it’s necessary to wait the recommended 6-8 months before adding any corals; it’s more about the maturity and stability of your tank. Corals are generally intolerant of swings in parameters. I added my first soft corals after 3 months and they’re still doing great. LPS you should wait longer
