New to corals. Got this guy at PETCO 4mo ago. Once my daytime lights switch to moon lights he shrinks down a bit but all the colors come out! So weird how different one coral can look in daytime versus nighttime.

Hi ! I am so sold on Petco and I’ve been waiting for someone to be honest about there experience! Thank you for posting this. I saw like 3-4 bubble tip Anemones at my local pet store. I really want to make the leap and I’m glad someone had done it before me! I love your tank!
Thanks! Just be cautious getting anything from there. They don’t maintain their tanks very well and they kill corals as fast as they can get them. I would only buy corals there that they JUST got in. I have two in my area and they are about the same with things like that. I do have two fish from there- my Royal Gramma and a Sailfin I have in quarantine. This one is my favorite tho!! It can definitely be done.
