Ok I have an anemones that is inside my rock structure has been there for over a week I cant get food to him and he is in the dark and cant get to him by hand any suggestions on how to fet him to come out. Trying to use an air pump to bother him but still there.

Try gently redirecting flow with a turkey baster or feeding frozen mysis near the opening. Light probs biggest factor tho!

Try shining a flashlight on it for a bit. Sometimes that teases them out more than air bubbles. Also check flow it might like a gentle current near

He will eventually come out. Anemones “need” light and if it’s shoved inside a rock it likely isn’t getting much flow which they do tend to enjoy. I would just give it a little longer with the airstone and it should eventually move.
