I’m very proud of my first reef tank. Starting to look great! Have some hair algae and bubble algae yet but just bought 3 emerald crabs so I hope they help out!

If anyone sees anything that needs to be fixed, please let me know. I have no idea what I’m doing but learning as I go.

Btw, I wish someone would’ve told me about a UV sterilizer sooner. This thing is a miracle! My water has never been so clear!

I have used a Kent product for algae control. When I get home tonight I’ll send you a picture of what it is. It worked a little to well for me.

You should just need to make sure your base rocks sit on the bottom and not the sand.

That was one tip I read about before I decided to dive into this hobby. Rocks first, the. Sand, the n water poured over a dinner plate.

I learned that the hard way haha. Had rocks collapse 1 year in because a diamond goby was moving sand.
