Can someone help and tell me if these are in okay spots and won’t sting each other on the left rock is a frogspawn and mushroom but the frogspawn doesn’t extend long enough and right side are 2 zoas and a torch at top

That's a lot of space, honestly. You can put even more colonies of torches near your current torch and it'll still be fine.

That should be plenty of space for them, great job keeping in mind coral aggression! Personally I would put the mushroom a little lower down though. They like low light, about 50-75 par is what I give mine. I even keep mine in some shaded overhangs
