Not having much success with my gonis, shall I dose manganese? I don’t see them extending too much and they are not in a high par area…

That coral is seriously glowing under that lighting! If the gonis aren’t extending much, I’d definitely check flow first since they hate stagnant water. Manganese dosing might help but making sure they get medium flow to keep debris off is usually key for them to open up. Keep experimenting
Flow shouldn’t be a problem as I mainly have acros in my tank…maybe they just need to acclimate a bit more let’s see…definitely not spending more money on gonis 😂
Haha I feel you on that 😂 Acros are tough but awesome! Yeah give those gonis some time, sometimes they surprise
For sure, I’ll try to add manganese on my weekly water changes

How about the flow there? Goni loves medium flow just to keep their surface clean from debris. Though, rather than manganese dosing, I'd recommend AB+ through direct feeding
Yeah, they get flow, enough for an LPS. I do AB+ 3 times a week but haven’t seen much of an improvement tbh, they are getting worse and worse…
