UV sterilizer. Elimi-phos. Microbacter 7. There could be other things that need fixing but that’s where I would start. The UV will help improve clarity and reduces algae blooms and other harmful organisms that live in the water column. The elimi-phos will reduce phosphates. Microbacter 7 will help add beneficial bacteria and enhance natural filtration. Don’t go too fast tho follow directions carefully.

I would try chemipure. That’s the only thing that helped me with my algae issues

I have used a UV sterilizer in the past for algae blooms and it would take care of that green water with no issue.
