What is your nitrate and phosphate levels? I would recommend doing manual removal to get them down and consider clean up crew. I just recently got lawn mower blenny and does a great job doing some cleaning but only on short algae
Looks like you've got a nice mix of softies in there! Hair algae can be trickybesides feeding less, I found adding a cleanup crew and tweaking flow helps keep it in check. Also, double-checking your phosphate levels might be key since that stuff loves to thrive when nutrients are high.

That green toadstool looks really healthy, but hair algae can definitely take over fast! I found adding a few snails or a small hermit crab helped keep it in check along with tweaking flow to prevent dead spots where algae love to grow.
