Dose anyone have any tips for trying to pair maroon clownfish?

Hey, looks like you have 2 females, they both look like the same size.

Either that or theyโ€™re both juveniles

The 1 on the bottom has been alone as far as Iโ€™m aware of her entire life but the new male on top was a pair at fish world Spokane and they sold the female 2 days before I got the male they are different sizes and donโ€™t fight but stay on different sizes most the day and the do the twitching but only for a second and I have only seen them do it twice

Maybe try taking both clowns out the tank and move your decorations around then put them back in.

I agree this is an excellent way to make sure being territorial doesn't become your main problem! I love maroon Clowns just be aware they are some of the larger Clowns out there with a much more aggressive temperament this will worsen if they are paired up and have another target in a small tank! So careful with adding anyone after these guys! Good luck hope they do well!
