Any tips on how to get the coralline algae off? I tried vinegar and a razor blade but didn’t seem to work

Man that stuff is stubborn lol. Gotta use some elbow grease and maybe a stronger scraper

Vinegar should work but will probably need to be fully submerged for at least 30min to an hour. 1:1 ratio of vinegar and water has worked well for me cleaning pumps etc Could also try a mix of vinegar, citric acid and water too

I have often taken a paper towel soaked in vinegar and laid it on top for an hour before scraping 👍

I’ve seen people use muriatic acid (HCl) it’s much stronger than vinegar and definitely shouldn’t be used inside
