Any water parameters? Light looks weak do you have par reading by any chance? I would do cleaning and some water changes to start with.

The parameters tester are currently on the way to my home lol, I'll test immediately when the new testers arrive. And the lights.. Yeah it's weak..about the par, it's 180~250 µmol/m²/s
