Has anyone ever seen this on a millepora? It has crazy long tentacles extended.

my chalice does this. it has long sweepers and i believe they can sting other corals if they are too close.

Do you think they are “asking” for more food? I’ll try to slowly increase the aminos

Corals don't typically ask for food. They can show signs of stress if underfed. This is showing them actively sweeping for food which is typical when the night comes or if they sense (smell or taste) something near them that they can eat the feeders will come out.
