Welcome to the group! Your tank looks awesome and the corals seem happy. If your softies and LPS have good polyp extension and your fish aren’t struggling to swim then your flow is probably just right. Keep an eye on the anemones since they’ll move around if they don’t like the flow.

Id say flow is good or go up so some more reaches the bottom. But this is great. Put stuff that likes flow up top. Just like you are. Looks great.
