Looks good to me. I would say on the higher end but I would just leave it versus changing it constantly. Every time you change affects your corals.

Ok! They are close to my powerhead. I’ve never had torches before and I got these a month ago. Just want them to be in their happiest spot. They he other side of the tank has left flow and less light.

Flow looks solid they usually chill with that much for extensions to pop might just be patience tho

They look happy with those polyps waving around like that! Sometimes a bit more flow can help them open up even more but you don’t want to blast them too hard or they might start closing up. Your little red fish in the back is a cool bonus too!
