I use blue/white but only because I have the blade grow light. It really depends on your lighting. Also, you might know this but make sure to use a diffuser over camera lens.

Thank you, I’ll take de blue/white! I have a viparspectra, it’s set about 1% white and 30% blue. I just wanna make sure before buying the wrong one haha
