Those white little dots on the tailfin are normal my gramma used to have those too. From this pic I don’t see any on the body of your fish. Just keep an eye on it

Spots on body? You could move him to qt and treat him profilactively with copper power. But if not, monitor very closely.
Sadly I don’t have anything to qt him with I have meds for it but honestly I think I was just seeing things I don’t see spots on his body right now
