I prefer the longer tanks too. I've only had mine going since December, but I already have the upgrade itch and am looking at a 300 gallon.

With that amount of rock, I assume you're going to have plenty of beneficial bacteria down the road. I'm contemplating on getting a large canister filter just to fill it up with small frag sized rocks to increase the surface area for bacteria.

I almost feel like I have a bit too much rock but I followed the 1 to 1.5 lbs per gallon. First salt tank so just seeing how it goes.
