I echo Billy, testing strips can be very inaccurate, liquid tests are most accurate. I used to use NT Labs but now use Salifert which I find to be the best.
I find both equally valuable and invaluable Any test that requires your judgment of what color your seeing is subject to inaccuracy just by each individuals perception. Not to mention how many folks I know only found out they were colorblind after getting an aquarium for this reason. I don't hunt a testing method that's exact. They seldom exist in an everyday affordable product. I pick one that I will use consistently with the least chance of user error and maintain that all tests are an approximation. That being said if a color test like aqueon, api or salifert is easy and in your comfort zone use it. If a test strip is easy and in your comfort zone use it. They will all get you close and all guide you towards consistency!!!
Hanna are great for having a readable number but they have a higher user error rate. So practice and get comfortable with them before you take every number as absolute truth!
Awesome, thank you!

I believe liquid are the most accurate. I use Sailfert for Calc & Mag. Hanna for Alk. Those are the best ones I’ve found.
