Keep feeding them, as long as they’re eating it should be okay. For me i’d use Polyplab Medic for 1 or 2 weeks, it can be dose directly into your display tank, but do not overdose

Ideally buy a 10g tank, small heater. Small power head and quarantine with copper power at therapeutic levels of 2.3. Its your best chance to treat. You may want to fallow the tank for.76 days to rid of ich.

Hi, I agree with Skebo go by a 10 gallon tank take 10 gallons of water out of your main tank as if you’re doing a water change treat with copper put an air stone and the heater. Don’t need light. Put a piece of 2 inch PVC in there for him to have a place to go hide. And copper power is definitely the treatment.
