How long have you had this hammer? The skeleton showing is not great and usually a sign of stress. If you zoom out a bit might be easier to understand where it is in the tank. Blasting it with too much flow or too much light could causes stress. Do you know what your nitrates are? 0 nitrates also will make them unhappy. Could be a lot of different things but you still have time to save it.
