Not a good day for the tank! Lost 2 clowns this morning and now another looking really suspect. Still new to the saltwater life is this velvet or Ich?? I don’t have a Q tank what’s best options!

Sorry to hear about your clowns. Velvet and Ich can look pretty similar but velvet usually has a finer, dust-like appearance while Ich is more like little white spots. Without a QT it’s trickier but if you can isolate the sick fish even briefly that helps a lot. Also adding some saltwater

Update to the situation confirmed with LFS is velvet. After examining one that died today. Advised to turn up temp to 82 and get a uv sterilizer. Fallow tank for 6-8 weeks and only buy fish that are treated and qt before entry to the main habitat. Expensive lesson learned not buying from non reputable sources!

Sorry to hear that, I lost my tank when I started with saltwater tank. Look into this, it was recommended and it helped me with ick, best of luck. Really good product

Maybe looks like ich? I lost a pair of clowns to ich. Tried to live with it again by feeding good with garlic mixed foods but ultimately got another pair of clowns that also got ich even with a good diet. Instead of letting them die I immediately started a Quarantine tank. It really sucked to have fish qt for 3 months but have been ich free since. However unless I feel like quarantine again I have not added more fish since lol
