How often is everyone else testing? I test every Sunday morning before my lights go on. I also do a 10 %water change religiously every Sunday. These numbers are tropic Marin pro reef salt with 7 ml of soda ash mixed with 4 gallons of water for my weekly water change to bring my alk up to around 9. I also dose 2.5 ml twice a week of potassium and 3ml daily of all for reef.

I schedule once every 4 months but when I switched to all for reef I did Icp test every month for three months to double check my test readings.
Very cool… I love being able to use it as a tool for sure. I had a trend of my potassium running low so I was able to get back up to a normal level by seeing it on my icp. I’m always low on manganese but I know I’m adding it with ALF and water changes so I’m not concerned and all my LPS are always super puffy.
respect the routine 🙌

I dose the all for reef K+elements and A-elements which seems to work well.
So you dose all 3? I exclusively use Tropic Marin products. When I corresponded with Tropic Marin they told me that as long as I’m using All For reef I don’t need the A & K elements. I just added NP- Bacto Balance and also Macro dose Reef Active and if my Nitrate’s or Phosphate get out of balance I use the NP Plus or Elimi
I found over time I was always low in manganese and at the time was keeping goniporas which I know they need, a friend who is a bit of a goni devotee recommend I try it I did and found after icp test all the trace elements stayed on track not saying it's the way to go but for me it works.

Personal I check all parameters every 10 days but my tank is now very mature I use to do it weekly.
Nice… do you ever send out icp’s ? I’ve been doing one every 4 months or so.
