Why would some of my Zoa Polyps not be opening. These pictures are 2 weeks apart.

Your tank looks relatively new, so parameters could be a hair off. But like Billy said, if most of the polyps are open I wouldn’t worry too much

Could be diatomaceous i hit mine with a turkey baster to nock off algae here and there

Zoas can be finicky at times. Some of mine will close up randomly for a few days. As long as majority are still open I wouldn’t worry.
