Farewell destructo, job well done... traded him in today for a few nassarius snails and an electric blue hermit. Such a pretty urchin but he's dragged too many corals into unwanted battle. He won the old war on the red turf algae now he can cause havoc in the shops 500g display for the rest of his days.

Converted my 125 freshwater to saltwater! Everything seems to be doing super well. My urchin decided to pick up one of my little gsp frag and has been running around with it. I was gonna take it off but it looks too funny and the gsp don’t seem to mind 🤣🤣

My tuxedo urchin is hard at work and wearing his little construction hat I made! I've noticed that having a proper "hat" has made him less likely to grab snails and hermits and when he does, he is more likely to release them without a fight. Great addition to my CUC and he does an excellent job clearing nuisance algae and chrysophytes!

Released my female clownfish from her week in breeder box jail today! She is doing much better with our new clown this time around except for when I tried to take a picture of them together and she thought I was about to feed her. She's an absolute turd.

Blurry action shot: our new black and white clown shimmying for the love of his life, our mean orange storm clown, as she tries to nip him. Pajama cardinal watches with concern. (Also pictured, our tuxedo urchin in a construction hat).

Made it through Milton here in central Florida. Missing shingles but never lost power. My frogspawn was knocked over in our saltwater aquarium (guess I should name our urchin Milton lol). We were lucky though. Never lost power. I know this app is used by people everywhere but those who were/are in central Florida, we hope everyone is safe!
