I dont think these guys are happy. My alk admittedly swings from 7.7-8.3 every couple of days. I do weekly water changes(5gal in a 18x18) I dose .75ml Seachem Fusion 2 every 2 days. My salinity is 1.025. Nitrate is right around 5 but phosphate gets a little high 0.20. I dont have a bio bioload but I run a skimmer. Ammonia and nitrite 0.

Added a chalice, an orange Blasto, a Monti, a couple Cyphastrea frags, a new mushroom colony, a fox coral, and a palythoa. Black Friday had me spending🫣

BTA hasn't looked right in a while. Parameters haven't swung. Only difference is the clowns have been hosting it. It used to be big and full all the time. Now it looks like this most of the time. Sometimes looks ok but usually like this or kind of melted.

Anyone have experience with a 150gal tank? Looking at 72x18x29 and want to see if those dimensions give me adequate room to work for a mixed reef. Any suggestions for anything from tank to equipment to livestock are welcomed.

The Banggai Cardinal died last night. Found him in the power head. I think the stress of the new corals may have made him weak.😥
