Ich habe dieses Jahr mein allererstes Becken gestartet (Februar '26). Es war schon immer ein Traum, in den Meerwasser-Hobbybereich einzusteigen, und nach Jahren des Zweifelns habe ich mich dieses Jahr dafür entschieden. Nach nur etwa 7 Monaten ist das Becken noch lange nicht ausgereift. Das trockene Riffgestein hat stark ausgelaugt und war lange Zeit eine Algenparty. Das Becken ist immer noch schädlingsfrei (das war ja das Ziel mit dem Dry Rock). Ich habe den Einfahrprozess mit einem Liter Sand aus einem eingefahrenen System beschleunigt, wodurch Copepoden eingeschleppt wurden. Das ist ein Zero-Water-Change-Projekt. Started my very first tank this year (february '26). It has always been a dream to be able to join the saltwater hobby and after years of doubt I decided to go for it this year. The tank is far from mature after only running for about 7 months. The dry reef rock was leaking a lot and was a algea party for a long time. The tank is still pest free (that was the goal of the dryrock). I boosted the cycle with a litre of sand from a mature system which introduced copepods. This is a zero water change project. Hab neulich ein paar Fotos von unseren Korallen rund um unser 300l-Display gemacht! Unsere Utter Chaos Zoas gehen richtig ab, ich will sie unbedingt fraggen und eine ins Nano setzen! Aber ich weiß nicht, wie man Zoa's fraggt 🤣 Unsere Colony mit grünem Morph sieht krank aus, und natürlich auch unsere flauschigen Morphs!
