Description
The Zebra Goby is a small, strikingly colored fish known for its distinctive black and white striped pattern. They are bottom dwellers, spending most of their time hiding in the sand or rocks. This species is relatively hardy and can make a great addition to a peaceful saltwater aquarium.
Reef Safe?
Yes. Zebra Gobies are considered reef safe and will not harm corals or other invertebrates.
Environment
Zebra Gobies require a tank with plenty of hiding spots and a sandy substrate for burrowing. They prefer a well-lit tank but also need some shaded areas.
Behavior
Zebra Gobies are peaceful and shy. They are known to burrow in the substrate and hide in rockwork. They are not very active swimmers and prefer to stay close to their hiding spots.
