What would be a perfect time/colors lighting for a long tentacle anemone?

I don’t have an anemone but I do have SPS/LPS/Softies. Here’s my AI spectrum. Typically you don’t want a peak lighting for more than 5 hours. I’d recommended shortening your peak
The % values will vary widely depending on which AI lights, distance from water and water depth. I’d highly recommend renting a PAR meter from your LFS to know exactly how much PAR you are getting in your tank.
