My Bubble Tip anemone is moving. Looks to be irritated by hair algae. Any suggestions on removing hair algae? Have pincushion sea urchin, 7 blue leg hermits but still fighting the hair algae. Water changes hasn’t done anything as well. Anything helps!

Bro hair algae in a small tank is a pain! Maybe add some turbo snails or spot dose vinegar? Bubble Tips hate that stuff for sure.

Ugh hair algae is such a pain especially with a bubble tip anemone involved! Maybe try dosing some liquid carbon or adding a few more algae grazers if you can. Your royal gramma and clown look happy though which is always a good sign!

Scrub it off with a toothbrush before your water change to manually remove as much as you can. Try to keep your phosphate and nitrate on low side. That window next to your tank isn’t going to help so maybe block off the side that faces it for a while and you can run less reds in your spectrum on your lights. Grab some turbo snails instead of hermits to eat algae because they do a better job in my opinion. You’ll beat it
