Does anyone have any budget tips for hair algae? It’s really thick and I think a sea hare would help, I’ve had one before and it worked like magic but if you have any other tips?

Try a tuxedo urchin! It’s small and mine cost 30 bucks, they are really efficient at eating this stuff. I’ve got a 26 gallon that had a green hair algae problem so I got him, adjusted my feeding and did weekly water changes and within a month it was cleared up

turn your light down to much par and get a clean up crew

if you can raise your light up to to disperse the light your light is well known for spotlighting a diffuser would help also
